Studio 3 Project:

RESILENCE OF HUMANITY

MISSION: Travel to Mars (4 years time) with orphaned children aged 3-6 along with other crew members to relearn and be influenced to change to outlook for the future. Upon returning back to Earth, they will educate others on reformation with resilience from using positive psychology based on observations from the senses and mimicked actions.

Below are images from this project where I created a saucer spaceship with a dual spiraling ramp and track bubble elevator that leads to an observation dome. The ship centers around the use of positive psychology through utilizing the senses and mimicked actions as well as holistic healthcare influence in an environment built for young children and adults.

Floorplan of actual escape pods. these were for escaping ship upon travel or to use on the Mars terrain to explore away from the main ship. The entrance door is hinged to lay down like a ramp to enter with enough room for a caretaker and 2 children.
Escape Pods section--this shows the space used underneath the floor would be essentially storage and the ceiling is a protective barrier for heating as Mars is often cold and was inspired by a pre-existing NASA design.
