CONGREGATION: a place to gather & entertain in comfort.

Studio 1 project based on a townhouse footprint that was to include sustainable elements. I choose to have my project show sustainability past materials used, but that a young couple would grow within the space and it would evolve with them as time passed when they have children. You will notice with the floorplan that there is a now and later version that shows the small evolutionary changes within the town home and its yard space. The entire project was done by hand with colored pencil and marker so you will see the marks made as these are prints of trash paper that was then rendered.
